The wedding industry was not built for everyone.

For a long time it has spoken in one direction; towards a particular idea of romance, a particular aesthetic, a particular kind of couple. If that's not you, you already know it.

I shoot weddings because I love the access; being trusted inside someone's most private day. The work that stays with me is the couple with a real point of view, a wedding in a place nobody expected, an atmosphere that couldn't have belonged to anyone else.

The late nights. The unconventional spaces. The leather and the lace. The couple who met at a show and are getting married like it.

I approach every day the same way; looking for light, atmosphere, and the image that feels more like a memory than a photograph. Based in Sydney, available worldwide.
